We mainly distinguish rooms by type of windows. Toilets are also optional(so you can use communal facilities). Some rooms don't include any water-using facilities, while other rooms only have shower booth and the others additionally include toilet. Inner-windowed(window from room to aisle) room with toilet inside costs 450000KRW per month. Outer-windowed(window from room to outside)with toilet costs from 480000 to 600000 per month. Size of the room differs.
